ERA MATANA APARTMENTS

Era Matana is new hilltop residential estate development with 65 apartments in 4 separate towers each with breathtaking views of the Coral Sea and Port Moresby Harbour. The project is completed with a central leisure area with swimming pool, bbq area and gymnasium. The first two buildings with 35 apartments were recently completed. Cullen Feng’s brief included site masterplanning, building design and interior design including loose furniture.

HARBOURSIDE SOUTH APARTMENTS

Harbourside South is the third stage of the Harbourside project which has already seen the construction of two successful commercial buildings on Port Moresby harbour with associated bars, restaurants and waterfront boardwalk. Harbourside South, to commence construction in January 2019 will complete the development, adding 88 serviced apartments, more commercial office space and a boutique retail arcade as well as extensive lounge and leisure facilities. The design continues the contemporary aesthetic influenced by the shapes of coastal shipping vessels established with Harbourside East and West.

ERA DORINA APARTMENTS

An 8 level, 18 unit apartment building including fitness centre within the Era Dorina Estate,a major residential development. Cullen Feng’s brief included the design of the building, interiors and furnishings.

The building is cruciform in plan, designed to take advantage of the different views from the site. The upper penthouse floors overlook Fairfax Harbour.
